Our Recruitment Process

Every candidate who works with Human Solutions Group is offered consistent, professional, transparent, efficient and valuable advice and guidance. That advice is totally confidential and our only objective is to assist you in your next career move using our specialist market knowledge.

The first step will be an interview with a specialist consultant. Your consultant will establish your achievements to date, gauge your experience and most importantly, establish what you are looking for. He/She will also advise you on the market and sector activity. If you have not contacted us regarding an advertised position, a target list of clients to be proactively approached on your behalf will be agreed. Your resume will then be forwarded to our contact at each of the target companies.

Client timeframes for getting back to Human Solutions Group Consultants vary widely however, within 2-3 weeks, we would expect feedback from our clients who are interested in meeting with you to discuss the specific job. We will then talk you through interview techniques and direct you to relevant research and/or websites about the client so you are fully prepared. Should the timing be wrong and none of the target companies respond, we will keep your resume active on our database to match against relevant client positions in the future. We will only send your resume to companies after consulting with you first.

When you are successful, we will be on hand to take up any required references and make the transition to your new role as trouble-free as possible.
