Chief Executive Officer’s, Managing Director’s and General Manager’s in all disciplines.
Our Executive recruiting process is built on the fact that exceptional people are generally not in the market for new job opportunities and, when approached during a search, key executives respond much more positively to a senior consultants than research assistants. As a core differentiator Human Solutions Group do not have junior consultants or research assistants approach prospective candidates as the message is lost; we work on a role by role basis whereby a senior consultant manages the whole search process. This ensures that communication on roles with both clients and candidates is accurate and concise, and that your company or your resume is properly represented in the marketplace.
The practice predominantly recruits permanent positions although of late we have begun to see a significant number of interim management roles across Australia, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.
